Remedy Bloom will Create, publish and manage Digital Email campaigns that drive quality traffic and leads.

This service is the creation of core buyer personas. Buyer personas are fictional, generalized representations of your ideal customers. Personas help us all - in marketing, sales, product, and services - internalize the ideal customer we’re trying to attract. ​(This is typically a one-time  service that averages 3-4 hours/profile)

Content strategy refers to the management of pretty much any tangible media that you create and own: written, visual, downloadable ... you name it. It is the piece of your marketing plan that continuously demonstrates who you are and the expertise you bring to your industry. ​(This is typically a one-time service that varies in time to complete). 

Remedy Bloom will create the process by which an anonymous website visitor becomes a  known lead. A conversion path is comprised of a remarkable content offer, call-to-action,  landing page, and thank you page. ​(This is a recurring service that averages 3-4 hours). 

This service is the foundation for all other marketing services. An inbound marketing strategy is a  plan of action designed to achieve the goal of attracting, engaging, and delighting people to grow a business that provides value and builds trust. This typically includes a one-day on-site strategy session with the goal of creating a clear action plan on how to improve an inbound strategy. ​(This is typically a one-time service that varies in time to complete).

Remedy Bloom will set up a workshop with key stakeholders to determine who does what and when. We'll follow up with a complete inter-departmental SLA (Service Level Agreement) your team can use to reduce friction between departments. 

This service is to align and set service level agreements that sales and marketing will adhere to. Service level agreements align expectations and keep everyone on track. ​(This is a one-time service averaging 16 hours).

Remedy Bloom will set the groundwork that will set your team up for marketing success.  Marketing efforts depend on seeing the outcomes of those efforts and the only way is through sales and marketing alignment. ​(This is typically a one-time service that varies in time to complete).

This service is where Remedy Bloom will analyze your sales and marketing performance and look for opportunities to optimize each section of the funnel. ​(This is a one-time service averaging 3 hours)

Remedy Bloom will review your teams' sales process and strategy in order to find and optimize opportunities. ​(This is a one-time service averaging 15+ hours). 

Remedy Bloom will build a library of helpful sales content for your entire team.  Your client will have the ability to share documents right from Gmail or Outlook inboxes and see which content closes deals. ​(This is typically a recurring service varying in time).

Remedy Bloom will create custom properties to ensure your HubSpot CRM holds all the important information for your company's marketing, sales, and services teams. Includes up to 25 custom properties. The client will need to provide a list of current data/property needs. 

Remedy Bloom will import your company's prospect and customer data into the HubSpot CRM. You’ll export all current records from your current system. The client must provide import-ready files. This is a one-time service.

Remedy Bloom will set up deal stages reflecting your sales process. Some common stages include call/demo scheduled, follow-up email sent, a proposal drafted, deal won, and deal lost. Includes up to 7 stages, the client will need to provide sales process documentation.

Remedy Bloom will assign leads based on your specifications (limitation applies for starter subscriptions).

Remedy Bloom will set up dashboards and reports for your team so they can keep track of progress and performance.

Remedy Bloom will connect up to 6 Integrations. Applies only to Apps from HubSpot Marketplace.

Remedy Bloom will set up a ticket pipeline and stages reflecting your service process. Some common stages include Received, Waiting For Update, Sent for Repair, Closed/Resolved. Includes up to 7 stages, the client will need to provide sales process documentation.

Remedy Bloom will assign tickets based on your specifications (limitation applies for starter subscriptions).

3 separate workshops to finalize design choices and go through your user's journey through your website, and their interaction with the system to build a growth-driven, optimized design geared toward converting leads to customers. 

Complete design of up to 15 website pages.

Development/editing of website assets. Example assets: photo, images, icons, video, graphics, etc. Client to provide professional photos - or stock images will be used.
