Just a Friendly Reminder

You’re building something big—and we’re here to help it bloom.

About the Client

Coastal Veterinary Cardiology delivers advanced cardiac care to companion animals through telemedicine, on-site consulting, and breed-specific screening events across Florida. Led by board-certified veterinary cardiologist Dr. Maggie Lamy, Coastal Veterinary Cardiology provides expert support to general practice veterinarians and dog breed organizers looking to host cardiac clinics for screening and certification.

The Challenge

Coastal Veterinary Cardiology needed a website that matched the level of care Dr. Lamy provides—professional, warm, and deeply clinical—while filtering out audiences that were never meant to reach her inbox.

CVC needed to:

  • Serve two distinct audiences: veterinarians looking for cardiology support and breed club organizers seeking screening events.
  • Deter pet owners from directly reaching out, instead guiding them to local resources.
  • Promote a growing offering of breed-specific cardiac clinics that could generate predictable, scalable revenue.

Our Approach

We focused on building a clean, purposeful site rooted in clarity, brand consistency, and business strategy.

Visual Brand Application

While Dr. Lamy’s original seahorse logo was already in place, we expanded its utility by adapting it into a flexible brand system—creating alternative versions in her coastal-inspired color palette to give us more creative freedom across the site. The result is a look that feels polished and professional without being cold.

Targeted UX & Conversion Strategy

We intentionally guided visitors into one of two pathways:
👉 Referring veterinarians looking for a consult
👉 Breed organizations interested in hosting a cardiac screening clinic

Meanwhile, casual pet owners were gently but clearly directed away, through a form-based filter that triggers an automatic email with a helpful resource link to find a cardiologist in their region.

Calendar Optimization

We strategically integrated a new Cardiology Clinic offering—an initiative designed to fill Dr. Lamy’s calendar with monthly screening events. These now serve as an additional revenue stream that’s both scalable and predictable.

The Results

✔️ Filtered out non-target audiences using conditional forms and automated redirects
✔️ Built a modular, responsive website that supports growth and clarity
✔️ Designed a dual-path experience that speaks directly to vets and breed clubs
✔️ Enhanced brand flexibility by adapting existing logo assets into a refined visual system
✔️ Successfully booked out monthly cardiac screening clinics through the website

About the Client

Tooth.vet is a specialty veterinary dental practice focused on delivering advanced oral care for dogs and cats. Led by board-certified experts, the practice collaborates closely with primary care veterinarians to provide specialized diagnostics, treatment, and continuing education. With a commitment to preserving structural teeth and minimizing patient stress through Fear Free® practices, Tooth.vet is dedicated to compassionate, high-quality dental care that enhances the well-being of pets and supports the veterinarians who care for them.

The Challenge

Tooth.vet came to us with a clear clinical mission but an unclear digital identity. As a trusted veterinary dental referral service, they needed a website that would:
  • Instantly convey authority and specialization
  • Speak to two distinct audiences—referring veterinarians and pet owners
  • Make complex dental procedures feel approachable and necessary
  • House continuing education content for DVMs and techs
  • Reinforce their Fear Free® philosophy and commitment to animal comfort
  • The existing digital footprint didn’t match their expertise—or the quality of care they delivered.

Our Approach

We started by identifying core user journeys and mapping their needs to key pages and CTAs.

Our goals:

  • Position the practice as a go-to dental expert in the region for both veterinarians and pet owners
  • Build trust through clear, compassionate copy and visuals that demystify veterinary dentistry
  • Simplify the referral process with intuitive pathways and minimal friction
  • Support the educational mission with a dedicated CE section
  • Prioritize user experience with clean design, fast load times, and mobile responsiveness

We also infused the site with SEO-friendly structure and language to help Tooth.vet rank for common dental conditions, referral queries, and local search.

Key Features

✔️ Dual-path navigation for veterinarians and pet owners
✔️ Custom-built forms to streamline referrals and consultations
✔️ Condition library showcasing 26 common dental issues
✔️ Continuing education hub for DVMs and technicians
✔️ Fear Free® messaging woven throughout
✔️ Scalable architecture to support future blog posts, CE courses, and clinical content

The Results

Since launch, Tooth.vet has seen:

  • Increased direct referrals from veterinarians
  • Higher-quality consultation requests from educated pet owners
  • A surge in interest for continuing education opportunities
  • Reduced confusion and back-and-forth thanks to improved form workflows
  • Most importantly, the site now reflects the advanced, compassionate care their team is known for.
